Salmon Quiche

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g flour
  • 75 g margarine
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 125 g mascarpone
  • 2 tsp horseradish
  • 100 ml milk
  • 100 ml cream
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 egg yolk
  • salt and pepper
  • e.g. Dill, chopped
  • 200 g smoked salmon

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Make a dough from flour, margarine, 1 egg, and a pinch of salt. Roll out into a quiche dish and press up the edges slightly. Mix the mascarpone with the horseradish and spread it on the dough. Spread the salmon on top. Whisk the cream, eggs, egg yolks, and milk together, season with salt and pepper, and pour over the salmon. Sprinkle with dill to finish. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for approximately 30-35 minutes.
