- 150 g Natural yoghurt
- 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp Milk
- Colorful pepper
- Sea salt from the mill
- Nutmeg
- Red chilli flakes

- 100 g Crayfish tails
- 100 g Apple fresh
- 100 g Pear fresh
