Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g salmon fillet(s)
- 100 ml white wine
- 100 ml broth
- 100 ml cream
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 200 g peas
- salt and pepper
- Oil for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Cooking time: 20 minutes. Cut the salmon into pieces and sear on all sides in a pan. Then deglaze with the wine. Reduce the wine by half, then add the stock, cream, and tomato paste. Mix everything together and let it simmer for a bit. Add the peas and season to taste. I served it with pasta.
