Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 1 jar fish (salmon schnitzel made from pollock)
- 2 cups herb cream cheese
- 3 spring onions
- 1 pinch(s) of pepper
- possibly cream
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Slice the spring onion into small rings, mix with the salmon schnitzels and cream cheese, and season with a pinch of pepper. It’s delicious as a quick spread or as a dip for crackers; you can also add a dash of cream.
