Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 packs of smoked salmon
  • 250 g mascarpone
  • 250 g quark
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 lemon(s), the juice
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • salt and pepper
  • 4 servings of baguette(s)
  • e.g. currant jelly

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cut the salmon into small pieces and finely chop the onion. Mix both with the mascarpone, quark, and lemon juice. Chop the parsley and add to taste, then season with salt and pepper. Spread the mixture onto baguette slices and top with a dollop of blackcurrant jelly.
