Spaghetti with fruity – delicious fish sauce

Cook spaghetti according to the package instructions until al dente. Heat olive oil in a pan. Fry the roughly chopped onion (add a clove of garlic if desired, but remove later). When the onion wedges are slowly golden brown, add the crayfish tails and fry briefly. Add the quartered tomatoes and toss everything over high heat. Sprinkle with paprika, salt, and pepper (and maybe a pinch of garlic powder). Once the liquid has reduced, deglaze with cream. Melt the herb cream cheese in the sauce. Tear the salmon into pieces or cut it into pieces and heat it in the sauce, then cook briefly. If the liquid has evaporated too much, add a little milk or water. Season to taste with salt and pepper and serve sprinkled with parsley over the pasta.
