Ingredients
- 250 g Flour
- 0,5 packet Baking powder
- 2 packet Vanilla sugar
- 75 g Sugar
- 2 tbsp Margarine
- 2 large Apples
- 3 Eggs
- 200 ml Milk
- 0,5 tsp Salt
- 75 g Chopped almonds
- Sunflower oil
- Cinnamon sugar
Instructions
- Peel the apples and cut into small cubes. Separate the eggs and beat the egg whites until stiff. Meanwhile, lightly toast the chopped almonds in a large pan with a tablespoon of margarine. Now mix the egg yolks with the rest of the ingredients (except for the apples and egg whites). Now add the apples and stir again, then fold in the egg white.
- In the large pan in which the almonds were roasted beforehand, add a little oil & make about two small ladles into a pancake. Fry until golden brown on both sides & serve with cinnamon sugar if you like. Enjoy your meal!
