Salmon Tartare with North Sea Shrimp and Avocado

- 200 g Salmon fresh
- 1 Fresh avocado
- 50 g North Sea Crabs
- Lemon juice
- Chili
- Salt pepper
- Remove the salmon (it must be fresh) from the skin and cut into fine cubes. Halve the avocado, remove the stone and remove the pulp from the skin. Also finely dice.
