Ingredients
- 200 g Salmon fresh
- 1 Fresh avocado
- 50 g North Sea Crabs
- Lemon juice
- Chili
- Salt pepper
Instructions
- Remove the salmon (it must be fresh) from the skin and cut into fine cubes. Halve the avocado, remove the stone and remove the pulp from the skin. Also finely dice. Mix everything together with the North Sea shrimps and season with salt, pepper, if necessary a little chili and lemon juice. Serve with the help of a serving ring.
