Salmon Trout

  • 1 Salmon trout
  • 2 Onions
  • 0,5 bunch Fresh parsley
  • 3 Between Rosemary fresh
  • 3 Between Fresh thyme
  • Dried thyme
  • Dried dill
  • Salt
  • Herbal sea salt
  • Olive oil
  • Aluminum foil
  1. Wash and dab the salmon trout. Season the inside and outside with salt and herbal sea salt. Fill the belly with part of the parsley.
  2. Line the baking sheet with aluminum foil, cut the onions into slices and place on the aluminum foil. Place the salmon trout on the onion. Place the remaining parsley on top of the salmon trout.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with dried. Thyme and dried Sprinkle the dill. Put the fresh rosemary and the fresh thyme in the aluminum foil packet and seal with another strip of aluminum foil so that there is enough space inside.
  4. 35 – 40 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees.
  5. With: leaf lettuce
