sauce

  • 2 Red Onions
  • 1 tablespoon Flour
  • 400 ml Fish stock
  • 100 ml Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Honey liquid
  • Pepper
  • 1 Orange

Potato noodles

  • 2 tablespoon Sliced ​​almonds
  • 500 g -
  • 500 g Margarine

Instructions

  • Wash the thawed salmon, dab well, cut into bills and drizzle with the lemon juice.
  • Heat some oil in a pan and fry the salmon on both sides, add salt, remove the salmon and keep warm

sauce

  • Peel and fillet the orange, collecting the juice, peel the onion and cut into small cubes.
  • Put about oil in the remaining roasting fat and sauté the onions in it, dust with the flour.
  • Now deglaze with the fish stock, pour in the milk and the orange juice and simmer for about 5 minutes.
