  • 200 g cottage cheese
  • ¼ cucumber(s)
  • ½ lemon(s)
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 slices of smoked salmon
  • 2 slices of crispbread
  • possibly Camembert(s), as desired

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Low carb suitable

Cut the cucumber into bite-sized pieces and then mix them into the cottage cheese. Season the mixture with salt, pepper, and the juice of half a lemon. Arrange the salmon, cottage cheese, and crispbread on a plate. If you like, you can also add a few slices of Camembert. This recipe is completely low-carb, containing only about 15 carbohydrates.
