Heat a pot of water, add salt, and cook the tagliatelle until al dente. Season the salmon and briefly sear the skinless side in a pan with a little oil, then turn over. The skin should be nice and crispy. Crumble the feta over the salmon and place the whole thing under the broiler for about 5 minutes. Meanwhile, drain the tagliatelle and toss it in the pot with the pesto, as desired. Serve both on plates.
