a light, tasty meal
Cook the spaghetti with the chopped garlic until al dente. This will release a hint of its aroma. Cut the salmon into thin strips and fry briefly. Deglaze with the cream and white wine, bring to the boil, and simmer for about 5 minutes. In the meantime, finely chop the dill and squeeze the lemon. Add a squeeze of lemon juice and the dill. Season the sauce with pepper and salt to taste. If you like the sauce a little thicker, you can thicken it with cornstarch/sauce thickener. Drain the spaghetti and add it to the sauce while it is still slightly moist. Stir and serve. For a visual treat, you can then add a sprig of dill to the prepared dish. We always drink the wine it was cooked with! This recipe is NOT suitable for children, as the alcohol does not evaporate in such a short time!!! A small salad would also go well with it.
