Salmon with tagliatelle, spinach and cream

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 125 g salmon, frozen
  • 6 cubes of leaf spinach, frozen
  • 150 g tagliatelle pasta
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 1 small garlic clove(s)
  • 2 cups of cream
  • Parmesan, grated
  • some lemon juice
  • 1 tsp, levelled sugar
  • salt and pepper
  • butter

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Thaw the frozen salmon and cut it into small cubes. Cook the tagliatelle. Sauté the diced onion in a pan with a knob of butter. Add the salmon and fry briefly. Add the spinach and finely chopped garlic and sauté briefly. Season with lemon, sugar, salt, and pepper. Add the tagliatelle and cream and simmer gently. Finally, stir in the grated Parmesan cheese. The amount depends on personal taste and desired consistency.
