Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 500 ml sauce (favorite salsa), approx.
- ½ tsp cumin, ground
- 1 pinch(s) chili powder
- 3 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp oil, for the slow cooker

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 3 hours 15 minutes; Total time approx. 3 hours 25 minutes
super easy and quick to prepare
Rub the slow cooker with a little oil to prevent sticking. Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker and baste with the salsa. Cook on high for about 3 to 3.5 hours, or on automatic for about 5 hours. Add the cumin, chili powder, and lemon juice at the very end and simmer for another 15 minutes before serving. Delicious with a green salad, on a sandwich, or with old-fashioned fried potatoes.
