Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g cream cheese
- 150 g yogurt
- 1 cup of crème fraîche (100 to 150 g)
- 1 bottle of chili sauce (Mexican salsa sauce)
- 4 tomatoes
- 1 bunch of spring onions
- pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Layer – Dip
Mix the cream cheese, yogurt, and crème fraîche and season with pepper; do not add salt! Spread in a shallow dish, such as a casserole dish, and layer the salsa sauce on top. Do not mix. Wash and dice the tomatoes, removing any seeds, and trim the spring onions and slice them into thin rings. Spread the tomatoes first, then the spring onions over the dip. When serving, pierce the cream layer with a spoon. Delicious with freshly grilled steaks, baguette, and boiled potatoes.
