Salsa scrambled eggs

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 eggs
  • 50 g ham,
  • ½ can of vegetables (Texas mix) with corn, kidney beans, bell peppers
  • 2 tbsp sauce (salsa)
  • Cheese, grated
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • chili powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Mix all ingredients together well, season to taste (be careful with the salt), and fry. This is actually an emergency recipe for when you’re really hungry and the fridge is empty.
