Ingredients
 

  • 500 g Broccoli florets
  • 400 g Pork shoulder ham
  • 2 Chopped onions
  • 200 ml Liquid cream
  • 200 g Pasta
  • 2 Free range eggs
  • Salt
  • Pepper from the grinder
  • Dried parsley leaf
  • 250 ml Chicken stock
  • 250 g Grated cheese

Instructions
 

Preparation:

  • Cook the pasta with the broccoli florets until al dente and allow to cool.
  • Peel the onions and cut into very fine cubes.
  • Cut the ham first into strips and then into even cubes.
  • Mix water in a measuring beaker with 2 tablespoons of granulated chicken stock (or use fresh stock).

Preparation:

  • 1. Sauté the onion cubes in a pan without any color.
  • 2. Add the ham and let it fry.
  • 3. Add the stock and the cream.
  • 4. Add the spices and parsley
  • 5. Add the onion ham mixture to the stock and season to taste again.
  • 6. Put the pasta and broccoli in a baking dish and pour the cream stock with ham over everything.
  • 7. Sprinkle the grated cheese over the casserole.
  • 8. Bake in the preheated oven on the middle rack at 180 ° C for about 45 - 60 minutes.
