Ingredients for 10 servings:
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup(s) oil
- 1 cup(s) mineral water
- 3 ½ cups flour
- 1 bag of baking powder
- 1 bag of vanilla sugar
- 3 cans of peach(s)
- 4 bags of cake glaze
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Combine eggs, sugar, oil, mineral water, flour, baking powder, and vanilla sugar in a batter. Fill a roasting pan and bake at 200°C for 20-30 minutes. Meanwhile, drain the peaches and then puree them. Mix the glaze, bring to a boil, and stir in the peaches. Spread the mixture over the hot cake. Let cool. Serve with whipped cream, if desired.
