Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 100 g butter
- 280 g flour
- 1 tsp, leveled baking powder
- 7 tbsp milk
- 1 pinch of salt
- Caraway seeds
- 1 egg yolk

Grandma’s recipe
Mix the first five ingredients into a firm dough, roll it out, and cut into finger-thick strips. Then, brush them with egg yolk and sprinkle with salt and caraway seeds. Bake the pretzel sticks at medium heat (160–175°C) until light brown.
