Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g chili pepper(s), small red
- 250 ml water
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Remove the stems from the chilies, roughly chop the pods, and bring to a boil with the water. Cover and simmer over low heat for 15 months. Place the chilies in a blender with salt, sugar, vinegar, and oil and blend into a paste. Pour the paste into a jar and store in the refrigerator.
