Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 600 g goulash (turkey goulash)
- Flour
- Oil (peanut oil)
- 2 onions, cut into rings
- 500 g mushrooms, sliced
- 1 red pepper(s), cut into strips
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- 1 can coconut milk
- 1 tsp curry, for chicken
- 1 tbsp curry paste, green
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1 pinch(s) black pepper
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 2 tbsp soy sauce, sweet
- 1 banana(s)
Instructions
Working time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Dust the meat with flour and fry it in batches in a wok with peanut oil. Add the onions and garlic. Then add the bell peppers and mushrooms. Season with pepper, turmeric, salt, and curry powder. Sauté well, then deglaze with coconut milk. Add the curry paste, fish sauce, and sweet soy sauce and simmer for 10 minutes. Add the sliced banana 5 minutes before the end. Serve with rice. Tip: The curry for turkey is quite spicy, so add more to taste.
