Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 slice(s) of bread (multigrain bread)
- 4 tsp, heaped cream cheese
- 4 leaves of iceberg lettuce
- 16 slices of salami
- 8 slices of cucumber
- 4 tbsp curry sauce
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
for on the go, picnic, etc.
Spread the bread with cream cheese, then cut it in half diagonally. Top half with lettuce, salami, and cucumber slices. Spread the curry sauce on top and place the remaining slices on top.
