Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 120 g onion(s)
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp oil
- ½ tsp marjoram
- 1 tsp thyme
- 40 g ground walnuts
- 1 tsp vegetable broth
- salt and pepper
- 100 g cream cheese, grainy
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Finely chop the onion and garlic and sauté in the oil until translucent. Then add the marjoram, thyme, walnuts, and vegetable stock and cook for 2 minutes. Let cool, mix with the cream cheese, and season with salt and pepper, if desired.
