Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 beefsteak tomatoes
- 1 bell pepper(s), yellow
- 125 g feta cheese
- 1 pack of baguette(s), for baking (6 pieces)
- 6 slices of Parma ham
- 12 slices of cheese (raclette cheese)
- salt and pepper
- Oil (olive oil), for drizzling
- Basil, for garnishing
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Wash the tomatoes and cut each into 6 slices crosswise. Wash the bell peppers and dice them. Cut the feta into cubes. Cut the baguette in half. Alternate the raclette cheese, tomatoes, and ham, and season with salt and pepper. Spread the bell peppers and feta on the baguette and drizzle with oil. Bake in a preheated oven at 225°C for 8-10 minutes and garnish with basil. Serve immediately.
