Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 rolls (long crust rolls)
  • 4 large lettuce leaves
  • 4 eggs, hard-boiled
  • 200 g surimi
  • 2 beefsteak tomatoes
  • 4 tbsp sour cream
  • 4 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp dill, chopped
  • salt and pepper
  • Cayenne pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

or just with salad and egg

Cut the rolls open so that they still hold together along the long side. Mix the sour cream with the mayonnaise and dill, and season with salt, pepper and cayenne pepper. Spread 1 tablespoon of the cream on each roll. Top with the washed lettuce leaves. Peel the eggs, slice them, and place them on the lettuce. Cut the surimi sticks diagonally into 1 cm thick pieces and place them on the egg slices. Halve the tomatoes and cut them into thin wedges, then place them between the surimi pieces in the roll. Finally, drizzle the remaining cream over the topping. If you want a vegetarian roll, simply omit the surimi.
