Salad dressing with egg yolk and garlic

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 eggs, including the yolk
  • 6 tbsp vinegar
  • 6 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 1 tsp mustard, hot
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp herbal salt
  • Pepper (from the mill)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Boil the eggs hard for about 10 minutes, peel them, and remove the yolks. Mash the yolks with a fork. Add the oil and whisk to combine with the egg yolks. Stir in the vinegar. Stir in the spices, honey, lemon juice, mustard, and crushed garlic clove. Tastes great with mixed leaf salads, green beans, or tomatoes.
