Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 170 g cream cheese
  • 100 g powdered sugar
  • 24 chocolate lentils, white
  • 6 Smarties (mini Smarties)
  • 12 chocolate drops, dark
  • Coconut flakes
  • Sugar pearls, small, red
  • 6 muffins, baked

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Santa Claus decoration for 6 muffins

Carefully halve all but six of the chocolate chips. Combine the cream cheese and powdered sugar with a whisk or hand mixer to form a frosting. Spread the frosting on the baked and cooled muffins. Sprinkle the top half with red sugar pearls. Press the halved chocolate chips into the rim below the sugar pearls to form a hat. Press on two chocolate drops for eyes and a red mini Smartie for a nose. Sprinkle the bottom half of the muffins with coconut flakes to create a beard. Place a whole white chocolate chip on top of each muffin to create a pom-pom.
