Spelt flour can also be used for the yeast dough. Dissolve the turmeric and saffron in the milk. Make a yeast dough with all the ingredients. Stir in the raisins at the end. Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place. Cut off fist-sized pieces and place two together on baking paper. After another baking time, brush each piece with a little egg yolk diluted with water. Bake at 170°C for about 10 minutes until golden brown. Once cooled, place a candle in the center and light it to serve.
