Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g peanut butter
  • 200 ml coconut milk or coconut cream
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce, sweet
  • 200 ml water
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

easy and fast

Mix together coconut milk and peanut butter. Add water and soy sauce and bring to a boil. Season with salt. If you want a thick satay sauce, let it simmer for a few minutes. It’s a simple alternative to store-bought satay sauce.
