Red Yoghurt Tartar Sauce Salad Cream

Red salad cream mass:
- 100 ml Yogurt
- 50 ml Remoulade
- 50 ml Tomato juice or beetroot juice
- 1 tbsp Tomato puree
- 1 piece Diced tomato
- 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp Cooking oil
Topping:
- 1 tsp Dill
- 2 tsp Sweet paprika
- 1 Msp Chilli (cayenne pepper)
- Stir all the additions cold, then add the herbs and spices again and stir in. Pour into a watering jug and let it steep for 15 minutes. Store in a cool place until used.
