Red Yoghurt Tartar Sauce Salad Cream

The perfect red yoghurt tartar sauce salad cream recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

Red salad cream mass:

  • 100 ml Yogurt
  • 50 ml Remoulade
  • 50 ml Tomato juice or beetroot juice
  • 1 tbsp Tomato puree
  • 1 piece Diced tomato
  • 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp Cooking oil

Topping:

  • 1 tsp Dill
  • 2 tsp Sweet paprika
  • 1 Msp Chilli (cayenne pepper)
  1. Stir all the additions cold, then add the herbs and spices again and stir in. Pour into a watering jug and let it steep for 15 minutes. Store in a cool place until used.
