Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • ½ tbsp oil
  • ½ bell pepper(s), green
  • some chili
  • 250 ml tomato(s), pureed
  • ½ tsp curry
  • ½ tsp coriander powder
  • ½ tsp cumin
  • some salt and pepper, freshly ground

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

quick and easy

First, finely chop the garlic and lightly sauté it in oil. Add the finely diced bell pepper and chili and fry briefly. Pour in the passata and season with spices. It tastes perfect with falafel and boiled rice.
