Sauces & Dip’s: Tomato Sauce with Green Peppers

- 1 chopped Onion
- 2 packet Chopped tomatoes
- 2 green Fresh peppers
- Salt pepper
- 1 pinch Sugar brown
- 1 pinch Lemon
- Dip the chopped onion in a little butter rapeseed oil, add the chopped tomatoes and chop with a mixer to get a creamy consistency.
- Wash the peppers and cut in half, remove the seeds and dice very small, I make with my Genius vegetable cutter, insert the smallest slice and go …… then season everything with salt & pepper and simmer for a few more minutes.
- With the pinch of sugar and the lemon, everything is rounded off.
- Add a good portion of pasta and the meal is complete 😉 Enjoy your meal
