Sauces & Dip’s: Tomato Sauce with Green Peppers

The perfect sauces & dip’s: tomato sauce with green peppers recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 chopped Onion
  • 2 packet Chopped tomatoes
  • 2 green Fresh peppers
  • Salt pepper
  • 1 pinch Sugar brown
  • 1 pinch Lemon
  1. Dip the chopped onion in a little butter rapeseed oil, add the chopped tomatoes and chop with a mixer to get a creamy consistency.
  2. Wash the peppers and cut in half, remove the seeds and dice very small, I make with my Genius vegetable cutter, insert the smallest slice and go …… then season everything with salt & pepper and simmer for a few more minutes.
  3. With the pinch of sugar and the lemon, everything is rounded off.
  4. Add a good portion of pasta and the meal is complete 😉 Enjoy your meal
