Sauces & Dip’s: Tomato – Chili – Sauce
The perfect sauces & dip’s: tomato – chili – sauce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 tbsp Tomato paste
- 30 ml Olive oil-orange or similar
- 20 ml Linseed oil
- 50 ml Vegetable broth
- 50 ml Honey vinegar or similar
- 1 tsp Chopped chili peppers
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
- 1 tsp Herbs of your choice
- Salt pepper
- Put the tomato paste in the bowl, whisk well with the oils, then add the other ingredients and let everything steep.
- I limited myself to parsley when choosing my herbs, many like coriander on it, unfortunately we don’t like it at all …
- Salt & pepper was no longer necessary for me, as the vegetable broth is quite spicy.
- This sauce goes well with salads made with legumes … especially pasta salads.
