Ingredients for 2 servings:

- 250 g low-fat curd cheese
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- ½ tsp paprika granules
- 250 g sauerkraut
- 3 tbsp pineapple (pieces)
- 150 g corn, ground
- 50 g brown rice, ground
- 100 g milk
- 50 g sunflower seeds
- Margarine, for greasing
- 3 slice(s) cheese, (raclette)
- 1 tsp cranberries, ad jar

gluten-free, vegetarian, prepared in a frying pan
20 cm frying pan with lid 2-3 servings. Mix everything from egg to sunflower seeds. Pour the batter into a 20 cm greased frying pan, smooth it out, top with the cheese, add 1 teaspoon of cranberries to the center, close the lid, and place on a cold stovetop. Bake at level three of six for about 40-50 minutes. If the casserole can be moved around in the pan, it’s ready. My own recipe.
