  • 2 bunch wild garlic, fresh
  • 200 g feta cheese, sheep cheese
  • 200 g low-fat Greek yogurt
  • 3 dashes of lemon(s)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 pinches of salt
  • pepper

Wash the wild garlic leaves and trim the stems. Place all ingredients in a blender and puree, then chill. This garlic-free dip, which has an intense garlic flavor thanks to the wild garlic, can be served with: *Flatbread *Lamb *Beef or lamb meatballs *Beef steak or baked potatoes
