- 2 bunch wild garlic, fresh
- 200 g feta cheese, sheep cheese
- 200 g low-fat Greek yogurt
- 3 dashes of lemon(s)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 pinches of salt
- pepper

Wash the wild garlic leaves and trim the stems. Place all ingredients in a blender and puree, then chill. This garlic-free dip, which has an intense garlic flavor thanks to the wild garlic, can be served with: *Flatbread *Lamb *Beef or lamb meatballs *Beef steak or baked potatoes
