Ingredients for 5 servings:
- 500 g tagliatelle, cooked
- 1 medium-sized onion(s), diced
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- 100 g smoked ham, diced
- 1 tbsp butter
- 200 g cooked ham, diced
- 500 g sauerkraut
- 200 g Parmesan
- 1 cup of cream, approx. 200 g

Cook the pasta according to the package instructions and drain. Peel and finely dice the onion and garlic, then sauté in butter along with the diced ham. Add the diced ham and sauerkraut, and sauté briefly. Grate the Parmesan cheese. Layer the sauerkraut, pasta, and cheese in a baking dish and pour over the cream. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for about 30 minutes on the middle rack.
