Turkey Casserole – Stew with Pears

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g smoked turkey pork
  • 50 g lean ham, diced
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 400 g carrot(s)
  • 400 g pear(s)
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 300 g potatoes
  • 500 ml vegetable stock
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Peel the onions and slice into rings. Sauté the ham cubes with the onions in oil in a large pot. Slice the carrots, pears, and potatoes and add them. Season the broth, pour it into the pot, and place the smoked pork slices on top. Cook in a covered pot for about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Season to taste. Finely chop the parsley and sprinkle over the top. WW – 7 Pro Points per person
