Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g sauerkraut
- 250 g minced meat
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 cup crème fraîche
- ½ liter meat broth
- 1 pinch(s) of salt and pepper
- Cayenne pepper
- Paprika powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Peel and finely chop the onion. Sauté the onion in hot oil, then add the ground beef. Then add the sauerkraut. Sauté for 5 minutes. Then pour in 1/2 liter of meat broth, add the crème fraîche, and the seasonings, and simmer for another 15 minutes. Serve immediately. Serve with farmhouse bread.
