Ingredients for 3 servings:

- oil
- 300 g minced meat
- 400 g sauerkraut
- 250 ml broth
- 1 cup sour cream
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Dice the onion and sauté in oil. Add the ground beef and fry until crumbly. Add the sauerkraut and pour in the broth. Simmer for 15 minutes. Finally, stir in the sour cream. Serve with potatoes.
