Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g cheese (Limburger)
  • 150 g butter, soft
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • possibly caraway

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

ideal for a snack

Cut the Limburger into very small pieces and knead it into a dough with the butter. Knead it with your hands until smooth. Season with salt and caraway seeds, shape it into a ball, and roll it in paprika and pepper. Wrap it in cling film and refrigerate until ready to serve.
