Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 250 g potatoes, cooked
- 2 medium-sized onions, finely chopped
- 125 g flour
- 250 ml milk
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 2 eggs
- 75 g butter, melted
- Salt
- nutmeg
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
from boiled potatoes
While still warm, push the cooked potatoes through a potato ricer and mix well with the remaining ingredients. Now bake waffles from the potato batter in a nonstick waffle iron. Lightly grease the waffle iron beforehand if necessary. The finished potato waffles go very well with herb quark or a salmon dip.
