Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 300 g Spätzle, Swabian
- 300 g mushrooms
- 200 g cheese, grated
- 150 g bacon, diced
- 2 onions, diced
- 500 g sausages, e.g. Thuringian
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes
Preheat oven to 200°C. Add the noodles to boiling water for about 10 minutes until they float to the top, then remove. Slice the sausages and fry them. Add the mushrooms and fry them. Add the onions and bacon and fry briefly until translucent. Layer the spaetzle and sausage-mushroom mixture in a baking dish, sprinkle with cheese, and bake in the oven for 30 minutes.
