Sausage chili with noodles

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g pasta
  • 4 Vienna sausages
  • 1 can of tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 can pulses (Texas Mix, with corn and kidney beans)
  • 2 m.-sized onion(s)
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 250 ml vegetable stock
  • some salt
  • some cayenne pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente. Slice the sausages and dice the onions, then drain the Texas Mix. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the sausages, turning occasionally. Add the tomato pieces and vegetable stock and bring to a boil, then simmer for about 5 minutes. Add the Texas Mix to the sauce, simmer a little longer, season to taste, and serve with the pasta.
