Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 6 red bell peppers
- 6 potatoes
- 5 onions
- 2 cloves garlic
- 100 g ginger
- 1 ½ liters of broth
- 3 oranges
- 300 ml cream
- Cheese (hard cheese)
- oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Dice the bell peppers and potatoes. Dice the onion and sauté in oil. Crush the garlic. Sauté the bell peppers, potatoes, and finely chopped ginger. Pour in the broth. Simmer for 20 minutes, then puree the soup. Add the cream and orange juice. Season with salt and pepper. Cut small stars out of the cheese and add them to the soup.
