Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 425 g kidney beans
- 425 g corn
- 2 onions
- 2 bell peppers, red and green
- 4 Vienna sausages
- 1 can/n tomatoes, peeled
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- salt and pepper
- herbs of your choice
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Drain the beans and corn. Clean the bell peppers and onions and finely dice them. Thinly slice the Vienna sausages and fry them. Add the beans, corn, bell peppers, and diced onions to the sausages. Strain the tomatoes through a sieve and add them to the sausage goulash. Stir in the tomato paste and cook everything for about 10 minutes. Season to taste.
