Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 12 chocolate kisses
  • 500 g quark
  • n. B. Whipped cream, approx. 1 – 2 cups, whipped
  • 1 sponge cake

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Remove six marshmallows from the waffle bases and mix with the quark. Then fold in one or two cups of whipped cream. Now halve six marshmallows and arrange them in a circle around the edge of the cake base. Pour the marshmallow, quark, and cream mixture into the center and spread evenly. Halve the remaining waffle bases and use them to decorate the cake.
