Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • some oil
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • ½ red bell pepper(s)
  • 3 sausages (grilled)
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 125 ml meat broth
  • 250 ml tomato(s), pureed
  • 125 g bacon, streaky
  • pepper
  • Salt
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Finely chop the bacon, onions, and bell peppers, and slice the sausages. Heat the oil in a pan. Brown the bacon and sausages. Add the onions and bell peppers and cook briefly. Add tomato paste, deglaze with the meat broth, and add the passata. Bring to a boil. Season to taste. Serve with rice and a cucumber salad.
