Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 3 sausages, grilled sausages (wrapped)
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 3 bell peppers, colored
  • 1 small can of tomato paste
  • 250 ml meat broth
  • 1 bottle of Hungarian-style paprika sauce
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • pepper
  • curry powder
  • Garlic

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

ideal also in larger quantities for the party

Slice the sausages and sear them in a large pot with 1 tablespoon of oil. Reduce the heat. Now dice the onion and add it. Then dice the bell pepper and add it. Add the tomato paste, meat broth, and paprika sauce, and season well with pepper, curry, and garlic. Simmer gently for about 15 minutes. Serve with baguette or fries.
