Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 onion(s)
- 3 bell peppers (any color)
- 4 sausages (bockwurst, wiener, frankfurter)
- 1 can/n tomatoes, peeled and diced
- 200 g cream
- 300g basmati
- some olive oil
- salt and pepper
- Soy sauce
- Paprika powder (sweet)
- curry
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Cook the basmati rice. Finely chop the onions, slice the sausages, and cut the bell peppers into strips. Sauté the onions in a pan with olive oil until translucent. Add the sausages and strips of bell pepper and fry briefly. Chop the tomatoes and add them to the pan along with their juices. Let them simmer briefly, then season with salt, pepper, paprika, and curry (or soy sauce if desired). Add the cream and let it simmer briefly. Drain the rice and stir it in, too—done.
